Teresa McIntyre (Dance and Fitness Coach) discusses why movement adds to strength, creates balance and can lead to a happier life. Teresa McIntyre has been teaching dance and fitness for over 30 years. She began teaching at the Lompoc Dance Studio and Allan Hancock College. Most recently, she taught dance through Children’s Creative Project in numerous local schools. She currently studies BellyDance with Cris Basimah of Santa Barbara, and continues to teach various fitness classes. Teresa is devoted to health and wellness, and strives to live a balanced life.
