Why Eat Healthy?
Americans are known to have the worst diet over other countries and the highest rates of diabetes, heart conditions and autoimmune diseases. This is a deadly combination and WonHeart is passionate about helping our beloved human family change that. Here are a few recommendations to become healthy.
1. Get rid of processed foods and get back to fresh vegetables, fruits and limited meats .
2. Reduce sugar to less than 1 gram whenever possible. By looking at the sugar labels you'll be amazed how much sugar is in your favorite foods.
3. Breads are full of sugar and aren't made from the original grain our grandparents ate that were easier on our guts to digest. Because we want a healthy gut we recommend gluten-free or corn products (organic only). Be careful of GMO products.
4. An absolute must is STOP dairy products. This includes cheese, eggs and cow's milk which aren't made for human consumption past a certain point . You can easily replace with alternatives like Rice, Almond or Coconut milk and Goat cheese.
It might be difficult in the beginning but the best place to start is by reducing sugar and then gradually pull things out to see if they affect you. A healthy gut is the most important thing you can do for your body and trust us when we say the benefits are incredible! You'll feel lighter, have more energy and stop that foggy brain from taking over your life.
