International Women's Day Event

WonHeart began the first International Women’s Day event 8 years ago in Santa Maria. The event was held around March 8th co-creating with Altrusa of the Central Coast and most recently with Allan Hancock College. It began with the intention of informing and transforming women to become their Best Selves. Topics have ranged with the Body - Mind - Heart connection using incredible guest speakers, sharing healthy food choices and booths to inspire.  Below are pics from 2019 event.

   

Celebrating through Music and Spoken Word

On March 8 2017 we created something new with talented women & girls from WonHeart Music Studios and friends. Using music and spoken word we encouraged the community to bring their daughters ages 8 and up.

Alexa, Sally, Lynda, Pam Joelyn and Maddison, Missing were Rebeka and Jo Jo.

15th Annual Child Development Conference

On April 2016 Joelyn Lutz was asked to speak at the 15th Annual Child Development Conference. Her topic was Transform Ourselves-Transform The Planet. She used a calming music tool called SA TA NA MA to be used with children and ourselves when doing too much.
