I’d like to invite you to a basic tutorial using the first video I used to start the Wim Hof Breathing Technique. After doing many modalities to love myself more and understand why I’m in the world I wasn’t sure what this breathing technique would do for me. After doing the breathing method daily for a year I can honestly. say it has changed me. Top three benefits I’ve personally experienced at the age of 61 are: a reduction in anxiety & depressive thoughts, a calming within myself that all is well in the world and a realization that we’re all connected. The more I researched the more I found out how it uses my own pharmacy chemicals within my own brain to make me ‘feel good’. It’s time to be proactive and take our well-being into our own hands.
