Hello,
I want to welcome you back to WonHeart TV and share something very personal to you as listeners of WonHeart.
I started this non-profit in 2010 because I didn’t want any child to go through what I had created as a human being on this planet.
I suffered from the “not good enough syndrome”. I told myself for years that I wasn’t smart enough, thin enough, pretty enough, rich enough. Sound familiar? It’s an awful place to live and I don’t want any child to believe the lies we tell ourselves to fit in.
Having lost my parents, sister, brother to suicide, my ex and multiple others it can be extremely hard without family or good friends. I want to share modalities that have helped me heal throughout the years and I’m hoping they can help you too.
I have a dream to bring inspirational stories, a different take on our news and educational tools to help my human family reclaim who we were meant to be. We need each other more than ever and when we truly love ourselves we can create a world where Everyone feels safe, loved and celebrated for who we are.
